UNIQUE PIECES AND LIMITED SERIES
Many of our creations are one-of-a-kind pieces, entirely handmade and never reproduced. Others are part of limited and numbered series, with variations that give each piece its own unique identity. The marks of the artisanal process — the gesture, the material, the unexpected — are signs of authenticity. Each "imperfection" is, in fact, a signature of the handmade: what makes every piece truly singular. All pieces come with a certificate of authenticity.

The “imperfections” you may notice are not flaws, but signs of the artisanal process — unique marks of human gesture, material, and time. It is precisely these variations that make each piece special, unrepeatable, and full of character.
CUSTOM PRODUCTS AND SPECIAL ORDERS
At ESPINHOSA&ANTON, we offer the possibility to customize or modify pieces from our collection — whether currently available works or past editions — as well as to develop entirely new creations based on your ideas.
Each work is unique and bears our signature identity, and therefore we do not produce pieces for third-party resale.
We accept custom orders that may include modifications to our existing products, such as adjustments in size, color, or specific design elements. The result of this collaboration may even lead to a new product that could eventually become part of our catalog.
Additionally, we offer the option of creating a complete collection or a one-of-a-kind piece from scratch, working closely with you — either in person or online — to fully understand your needs, dimensions, and expectations, and thus bring your vision to life.
Please note that, due to the exclusive nature of custom orders, refunds are not available for these requests.

SHIPPING
We offer free shipping for orders with a value of 70€ or more. For orders below this amount, a fixed shipping cost of 15€ will apply.
Orders are shipped after payment confirmation. Bank confirmation may take between 5 to 7 business days, depending on the financial institution. Preparation and packaging time varies between 1 to 3 business days, depending on the complexity and stage of production of the piece. Weekends and holidays are not included in the shipping time.
Shipments are made via DPD, DHL, or UPS with a tracking number. For large items, we use specialized private carriers.
Regardless of the selected carrier, if you do not receive the tracking link for your order, you can contact us at info@espinhosaanton.com for information on the estimated delivery date.
We value every detail and treat shipping as an essential part of the ESPINHOSA&ANTON experience.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REPLACEMENTS
At this time, we do not offer voluntary returns, exchanges, or replacements. All sales are considered final, as each piece is unique, handcrafted, and imbued with its own soul.
Each creation reflects a human and manual process — with natural imperfections that celebrate the authenticity and exclusivity of the piece. For this reason, we kindly ask that you carefully inspect the items before completing your purchase.
Exceptionally, in cases of damage during transport, specific conditions apply. All orders are packaged with the utmost care; however, if your order shows signs of damage upon delivery, please contact us at: info@espinhosaanton.com.

ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSPORT
Each order is carefully packaged to ensure all items arrive in perfect condition.
If your order is damaged during transport, please inform the carrier immediately if the packaging shows any signs of damage. In case of doubt about the condition of the contents, we recommend refusing the delivery without opening the package and returning it as received. Please contact us within 48 hours.
