Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your order, in accordance with EU legislation. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To be eligible, the item must be returned in its original condition — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging — accompanied by proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@espinhosaanton.com. If accepted, we will send you return instructions; items sent back to us without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Exceptions and Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the "QA ESTUDIO" and "(IM)PERFEITA" collections, as these are considered final sale.

In accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable national legislation, the right of withdrawal (return due to change of mind) does not apply to the following product categories in our store:

  1. Original Artworks and Unique Pieces (QA ESTUDIO Collection): As these are unique, author-signed gallery concept pieces, their artistic and commercial value is intrinsically linked to their uniqueness and original integrity. Therefore, they cannot be returned once they have left the studio's control.

  2. Prototypes and Experimental Pieces ((IM)PERFEITA Collection): Singular pieces with unexpected finishes, commercialized as unrepeatable works. Upon purchase, the customer accepts the experimental and unique nature of the piece's finish.

  3. Custom-Made or Personalized Goods: Any piece that has been manufactured according to the consumer's specific specifications or clearly personalized.

Recommendation before purchasing: We kindly request that you carefully review the detailed photographs and, in case of doubt, contact us at info@espinhosaanton.com before completing your order. Our team will be delighted to provide additional photographs, videos, or technical details for each piece.

This exclusion does not affect your statutory legal rights in the event of a product with a structural manufacturing defect or one that does not correspond to the description and images provided.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not accepted. Each piece is unique and handcrafted, which means an equivalent replacement cannot be guaranteed. For any queries, please contact us before completing your purchase.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval. If approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 working days. For queries about pending refunds, please contact us at info@espinhosaanton.com.

Items damaged in transit

All orders are packed with the utmost care. If your order shows visible damage upon delivery, please refuse it and contact us within 48 hours at clientes@espinhosaanton.com. If damage is discovered after opening the package, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the item and packaging.

Natural imperfections

Each piece reflects a human and manual process. Natural imperfections are part of its authenticity and exclusivity — they are not a defect. We kindly ask you to consider this characteristic before completing your purchase.
