The work ABISMO arises from the contrast and dialogue between two distinct realities: the clear, ordered and rational surface, and the dark, organic and mysterious depth. The white piece, with its pure, geometric lines, represents reason, the visible, that which is constructed and understood in the light of consciousness. The black piece, adorned with marine motifs, evokes the unconscious, the hidden and the primitive — the bottom of the sea as a metaphor for the unknown that inhabits us.

Between them, there is a threshold, a silent tension: the abyss.
Not only the space that separates them, but also what unites them.

ABYSM proposes a reflection on the duality of the human being — surface and depth, form and chaos, control and instinct. Ceramics, with its fragility and permanence, materializes this inner dive, where the beautiful and the disturbing meet.
